Ok I figured it out by listening a couple time. In the morning you write the number 3 three times and think about what you desire for 3 rounds of 17 seconds. Then at noon you write the number 6 six times while you think of what you desire for 6 rounds of 17 seconds. In the night before bed you write the number 9 nine times and think about what you desire for 9 rounds of 17 seconds. Walla!!!?????
1.17 seconds for 3 times in the morning
2.17 seconds for 6 times around lunch
3.17 seconds for 9 times before sleeping
Procure a notebook dedicated to this practice
Complete for 33 days or 45 days
