Thanks for sharing this! I think Social Currency concept can be applied in organization. In organization we have social networking platforms too like Yammer etc but seems the managent always spend the currency (in my organization) in various ways including bragging. Employees seem don’t really spend their curency or accept currency from the mgt..just bluetick or ignore it
