Imagine if we didn't have you tube or even internet.
Do not wear a mask thinking it will protect anyone from contracting Covid 19 because it won't. What it will do is, force the wearer to inhale some of the carbon dioxide that has already been exhaled and it deprives the wearer of oxygen. How clever is that?

"We've got issues, we must face them", but HOW you face them is the most important question which he totally misses here. Very disapointed in Sadhguru's lack of in-depth examination of this problem and what is the most viable solution.
He's not explaing anything about the karmic laws behind this pandemic, the why of Brahman releasing this virus, to switch our consciousness and put down bad governments like Trump. If everything happens on the will of the Eternal than there must be an answer.
Sadhguru planted the seed of spirituality in me 5 years ago and i am so lucky to got introduced to this world thru his foundations i love him ?
So what about all the hungry poor people living in India what do you have to say about THAT ??! Are you doing something about THAT or you just talk the talk .

Don't just repeat words , sad guru or other and stop . If you understand so you did not know this was going to happen and it was obvious it is I am saying from decades you can see what is going to happen , you need always someone to tell you , and you need always medical science to be healthy and always you need sicience to be healthy , vaccines and everything , and always then you do not recognise what is going on , but always to need crisis to calm yourself because you live in chaos , streets and then you need lockdown in order to meditate and observe yourself …….hello ? How long ? How you already woke up ? Or you need more crisi ?
