  1. I guess the idea is right. The phenomenon concious sleep is known as lucid dreaming. It is amazing to have that but I ma not sure about the science of not facing north.
    Firstly, there is no proved research that states that the landmass is traveling north due to the pull. We used to have the concept of continental drift but today, we know that the continents rest on massive slabs of rock called tectonic plates. The plates are always moving and interacting in a process called plate tectonics. The continents are still moving today, but not specifically to the north because of the magnetic pull. Next, thinking that the poles will pull the blood is controversial and it might be true but the scale might be negligible. Thinking that north is up is not right as well. Until you are on the extreme ends, north and south poles are kind of below you tilted to specific angle that alters from location to location.
    In the end, I don't completely disproved of this theory but would just say it is controversial and has a high chance of being wrong, mainly due to the space of the effect in my opinion.

  2. In FengShui they say the complete opposite. Sleeping with head to the north is good. My experience is, i sleep with my head to north since years and i had no problem with my sleep.

LOL – Stop listening to this trash….bunch of nonsense – sleep 7-8 hrs every night in the position and direction that feels good to you – nothing he says here is proven and there is no direct link or proof for anything he says…drop sleep quota…what a moron – eat food which is furthest away from you….ffs this guys is a new level of brainwash for the uneducated minds…saddest part is that some of the things he says are true and helpful…but then he goes and drops some idiotic thought and ruins it all….do yourselves a favor – learn the science behind healthy eating, sleeping, training, intermittent fasting – stop listening to so called GURUS that pretend to know it all….

  4. I can't stand the though of being awake and aware for 20 hours every day especially now that other people's deaths in the past and the future is all I can think about.
