  1. This is so interesting! I have heard that our ability to focus is declining because of technology. It helps to read a printed book. In yoga, concentration is one of the 8 limbs that ultimately leads to meditation. Without this step, it will be difficult to ultimately become meditative. I’m grateful that I had a chance to read a lot when I was growing up.
