  2. tl;dr:
    In the hour after you wake up don't focus on external stimuli (social media, other people, problems, etc.) but be focused on yourself, since in that period we reap all the solutions and insights we came up with our sleep.

  3. Ray F you are HILARIOUS!!!? I actually understood what he was saying but it wouldn't help me much because what he's trying to accomplish and make us believe is so all over the place?!!!!

  4. This is interesting. I can especially relate to the. intersection of the two states. I think I know when it happens. for me. Only negative point here is please let me decide if I need captions. I hate the spelling out. what you're saying. It's distracting.
