Here is why we think this is fair use:

I made this video with the intention to help others in a motivational/inspirational form. The clips and music I have used I do not own in most cases. My understanding is that it is in correlation to Fair Right Use, however, given that it is open to interpretation if any owners of the content clips would like me to remove the video I have no problem and will do as fast as possible. please Email – [email protected] – if you have any concerns at.

These videos are transformative in a positive sense, I take clips from various sources to help create an atmospheric feeling that will help people in different situations in their life. Be it overcoming hard challenges, giving them more fuel in various sporting scenes or act as hope for those who need to hear encouraging words.

I also do not wish to use the heart of any piece of the work that would perhaps decrease the market value of the original content, if anything I hope to promote the content so that people can reach out and subsequently increase the market value.

Lastly, these videos are to educate people in an entertaining fashion. Given these are very short videos the short parts I use them to act as a catalyst to further reading.

  1. Many, many people have learned that when they stopped focusing on the $$$, and started focusing on what they do best, the money followed soon after. I totally believe in this. Karma. And in the process, treat people how we would like to be treated. The recipe to success.

  2. I always feel like I need more, maybe I am panicky but I usually get this feeling of, Ill never enjoy life if I don't have this, or that.
Why am I in a monogamous relationship? There are so many more options for me to do, to go, to explore.
WIthout even taking a second to realize that I should be grateful for my relationship, that I have all the posibilities still, that I should appreciate what I have instead of just browsing and in the end eventually just becoming more and more lost.

  3. Very well said indeed. He speaks well and clearly – really just says what he feels. I know that I have been very lucky in my life and I am very thankful for everything I have and my family and friends.

  4. Life breaks you down so you could rebuild better. Most times it amaze me greatly the way I moved from an average lifestyle to earning over $63k per month, utter shock is the word. I have understood a lot in the past few years to doubt that opportunities are bound in the financial markets, The only thing is to know where to focus.
