So the secret then is to not lose touch with who you truly are as you go about this world, seemingly participating in the play, but knowing at the same time -not conceptually – but being the space and then pretending to also be the person as you do things.

So you are the space as you talk to someone, listen to someone, in spacious awareness, so you being that dimension into the interaction. If you’re able to use every opportunity when any human being talks to you, listen through spacious awareness.

Be there as an open field of aware presence.

    Thank-you Eckhart.

  2. How I do that over the internet. You can't be spacial awareness. Exactly what I mean. These are people who want advice and support especially people with addictions and have huge pain bodies. I live in Australia but I am an addict and working on my pain body. I direct people to your podcasts etc. When they are out of practicing addiction. Shouldn't I give them information about my recovery. I try to let them know that what I am sharing is about me. Can you do a video about your viewpoint on addiction.

  5. Eckhart is restating truths that have been known for thousands of years. Sometimes we just need to hear it put in a different way… brilliant explanations from this fellow. If your teacher isn’t laughing about the silliness of our belief in “self” they are not likely to be the folks to guide us out of our minds grip.
