This interview has really changes the prospect of my thinking and I have learnt that no matter how old or young you are there is always advice to be learnt and this interview is one of them. It is real factual and well evecuted for a lecture on mindset and accomplishment for life. I really listened to it more than once because of Kobes set goals that became reality.
