  2. Old hippy stuff it's where the phrase "Mind the gap!" stems from. The gap between dreaming & reality! Dream of driving a truck all you want- then get into one to drive it- see what I mean? Duhh!

  3. Step 1 : put your thumb and for finger together.
    Step 2 : think about three positive memories (it can be even the smallest thing that made u happy)
    Step 3 : Step inside this daydream (use your eyes, ears, smell, taste and touch. What did you felt and tasted etc)
    Step 4 : make this daydream stronger and stronger in three steps. Then press the forfinger and thumbs together for 3 seconds and let go.
    Step 5 : Test, use and enjoy your anchor (make ur mind blank, and think about how happy you are now). Count from 3 to 0 and press the anchor together for 10 seconds and let the happy feeling grow. Letting go. Test yourself at scale from 0 to 10 how happy are you?

  5. So pleased to have found this just this minute, and looking forward to practising it, however I found it much too fast to follow, being person of a certain age. I'm seriously desperate to sort out my chronic Insomnia, hope to God it does.
