  1. Why can't he give Steps to take to alleviate constant thinking???
    Specific Steps …not generalizationsc
That's what I was looking for to begin with
But basically it's about not thinking anything or situation or person is "bad"

  2. THIS IS A DREAM~WE ARE ASLEEP RIGHT NOW IN HEAVENS!!!!!!
    144,000 ANGELS ARE BLUE RAY SOULS. THEY ARE THE FOUNDERS OF THIS 3RD DIMENSION. WE ARE HERE TO TAKE YOU HOME L A I L A H A I L L A L L A H ! ! ! ! !

  3. I have found that almost everything I worried about never happens. Now, when I have stressful thoughts I just say “That’s from my past.” This recognition magically banishes the anxiety. I hardly ever “think” about stuff any more. It’s made me a better writer, artist and psychic advisor. All the excess, meaningless thoughts have disappeared…or melt away. A lot of this is thanks to Eckhart.

  4. When you question thought, disindentification starts, and your awareness grows.
When you put negative labels on others, you put them in conceptual prisons. You also put yourself in prisons.
    Thanks Eckhart. ???♥️???
