After losing my job in the pandemic?
I created my channel believing for MYSELF, YOU and the rest of the WORLD??
So called experts continuously tell you that you must sleep for 8 hours at least. Well. I’m lucky if I get 4 or 5 hours and I’m still alive @85 .
I really wish that there were more positive, self motivational comments on here. Especially if you want to advertise your brand.

So pls, don't watch this only then, watch it during the day..
And it'll still won't help the anxiety, cos it's natural. Working in a stressed state, is not normal; but if u do, except the anxiety effects..
