  1. So called experts continuously tell you that you must sleep for 8 hours at least. Well. I’m lucky if I get 4 or 5 hours and I’m still alive @85 .

  3. If u can't sleep, the last thing u want is a device in ur face..
    So pls, don't watch this only then, watch it during the day..
    And it'll still won't help the anxiety, cos it's natural. Working in a stressed state, is not normal; but if u do, except the anxiety effects..
