Much needed
2 years ago, in 2020, I lost everything. Right before the pandemic and all of its ancillary effects hit. I spent all of 2020 being miserable. On new years of 2021 I decided I would no longer be miserable and I had no excuse to ignore the opportunities around me. I went from $0 and almost nothing to my name, to 2021: Paid off truck in full, 1st investment property summer 2021, increased my income 2x, and I have increased my net worth by over 30x by staying dedicated and not giving up. I am currently working on buying my 2nd, bigger, and better investment property. Life hits hard, and when it does you have to say to yourself "never again".
