  1. this is not for people who feel stressed, this is to make people feel stressed.

It just puts more pressure on the listener to be productive and perfect, instead of resting and healing.
    ??‍♀️??

  2. School is stressing!
Now only the teachers talk about exams! I have a lot of subjects!
I wanna pass them and that’s stressing
I wanna loose weight but that’s stressing
I don’t wanna people to steal my friends and make them their best friend

  4. There is no person who is not without the pressures of life. We live on a land prepared for calamity, and even the prophets have not been spared from it, so you always trust in God and trust him and say thank God

  5. Love it! Conquering hard times and dealing with stress is crucial, especially for millennials (sorry, we are soft). Everyone has their own way of dealing with everyday struggles, but we all come out stronger on the other end. I mostly throw myself into work, working out, or into the arms of a close one to deal with it. Dealing with stress and psychological sciences´ perspective might be a great idea for a future video. – Cheers, Patrick

  6. I'm not saying it's a bad video, because I really like your work, but everything this guy says my internal response isn't motivation, it's more common sense and like "yeah, no shit." ?

  7. I've made major changes in my life in the last 8 years. I left an abusive marriage, found myself and ended up with a wonderful man who I've been with for just under 6 years now. I've also changed careers from one where I was just existing and making money to one where I feel more useful, and one I enjoy more. On top of that I just started university so that I can continue advancing in my career. As to where I want to end up? Not sure, but I'll figure it out as each phase passes.

I won't tell you what I've gone through is easy. My career change happened just as I was trying to finalize my nightmare divorce. I was living off of my line of credit and collecting unemployment for a while, then working odd jobs until I found a job in my field (thankfully it was just enough to cover my personal bills). Now I'm having to balance university with working part time while still having time for myself and my fiance (because you still need to enjoy while you're working on your goals). I am cutting back a lot on my social life. We've had to put our annual vacation on hold for the next 2 years since we've bought a new home. It will take about 4 years to finish my degree.

I'm giving up my life once again to moving ahead. And I know some days I will be in tears and frustrated because everyone else who is about my age (I'm currently 41) is, for the most part, fairly established. But it is what it is. Life is not a competition with others. These are the cards I've been dealt, and because I'm ambitious and want more out of life, I've decided on this path. If I stay where I'm at I know I will be unhappy in a few years. So I suck it up and sacrifice 4 years more to where I want to be. If you want to get somewhere, you have to move. Nothing wonderful will come if you're standing there doing nothing.
