I studied and practiced qi gong for while. Later, I studied medical science. Exercise, breathing drills, etc. can be helpful, but not for the reasons this man claims. He's just repeating traditional religious beliefs that are commonly handed down with qi gong instruction. His claims about health and disease are ignorant. He seems like a nice guy with good intentions, but most of what he's saying is nonsense.

"Qi" which is also called as "prana" is not an chinese philosophy. It's an Indian philosophy and way of life taught to everyone since birth. It has been learned & mastered by our ancestors. The method & technique is more 10K – 20K years old or beyond. It is also written in ancient Hinduism, jainism, buddhism text & scripture. Chinese learned this philosophy from Indians when they came to explore india and indian religions especially Buddhism and they went back to china, became a monk and continued the process.
