  1. The first issue is: if you wake up with no energy and feel you need a “burst of energy”, you didn’t end your night right or sleep right. When you wake up should be the most energized part of your day. If it’s not, it’s because you have no reason to wake up and sleeping is more enjoyable.

  2. Rogan is only in his mid-50s lol … let's hear him when he's fit at 90 (if he makes 90) and has room to be taken seriously and actually earned his advice … he's also puffy bulky heavy not exactly someone I'd look up to though he does hit the target here and there.

  3. Lots of people drink water in the morning, have coffee, workout, and eat something healthy. I don't think this story shows that Joe Rogan is some kind of pioneer. And he plans stuff on Sundays! Big woop! Maybe since he takes horse dewormer for covid he's really smart.

  4. Plan all week is rubbish. Perfectionism creates anxiety and guilty. Intermittent fasting is good. Waking up 3am is rubbish. Himalayan salt is rubbish. Body is not dehydrated in the morning that is lie. Drinking nitro coffee ☕️ is rubbish. Kale shake is rubbish. He is just saying and I bet he doesn’t do it.

  5. I think this pandemic has taught people the importance of multiple streams of income, unfortunately having a job doesn't mean security rather having different investments is the real deal.

This channel used to be good but now it's just random bs with trash click baits like "Ohh press this part of your head and reset your mind to become a millionaire" why switch to such trash marketing? We loved the content with real life historys and scientific bases but now it's just click bait with random motivation quotes and yada yada yada.

  7. He never answered clearly to anything asked. He said yeah sometimes, um not everyday like he didn’t want to be interviewed and uninterested and what he was being asked. Basically saying theirs no secret. Everybody different. Every body is different you have to find what works for you

  8. Sorry but it seems to me if you drink what amounts to a food shake in the morning like joe apparently does, you can't call that fasting. 🤪
