  1. Brilliant interview from Ben but this guy interviewing him is terrible. Keeps repeating what hes saying and then stops Ben to ask someone in the crowd a question. He makes the person in the crowd stand up and then reads the message off the phone. so so so bad and annoying to listen to.

New research has questioned the connection between meat and health. AARP spoke with Yale researcher David Katz, MD, about the results and his advice. https://www.aarp.org/health/healthy-living/info-2019/understanding-new-meat-guidelines.html?cmp=EMC-DSO-NLC-WBLTR—NMCTRL-010320-TS3-4273988&ET_CID=4273988&ET_RID=41835031&encparam=pK4k02hqEmTFkhs6YPrL%2fjue0RIHHkOdk5mpRalbzi8%3d "Dominion (2018)" https://youtu.be/LQRAfJyEsko

  3. think I got the exercise side covered – walk average 8-10 miles per day, 6 days a week ? but his point about wifi in the beginning is exactly why we should be saying no to unneccasary wireless devices in our homes and 5G.

  4. This was amazing, thank you Ben and Vishen. I've have started incorporating some of these tips by having cold showers, making sure my bedroom is cool at night and by exercising for 30 secs or so before meals

  5. There's no set point for ideal sleep temperature! I hail from India and at 64-66 degrees i cannot sleep happily. For me 73-75 is the sweet spot.

  6. great efforts have been made to come up with these results concerning the body, shape, health and beauty . Yet the speaker missed the other half of the picture which is the soul.
Our souls always seek to be at peace. This could be done only if we know the answers of these questions. What's the reason behind our creation? Who created us? Why are we living in this earth? What will happen after death? You'll find all the answers of these questions in Islam. Don't trust the media look for the information for yourself

  7. Is this really happening? A guy what? 40? telling me how to live longer? Won´t even bother to watch. They think of themselves as Gods. "I do this", "I do that", "I am the best", "I have every single answer" is what they say and "money, money, money" is all I can hear.

  8. Well, I really do not think he is defaying age, i believe he is doing right and being NORMAL. We have to start by accepting that what everybody should be NORMAL, SICKNESSLESS, HEALTHY AND BEAUTIFUL FROM THE INSIDE, good bye.

  10. So Stem cells / fat cells extraction is way too expensive. So basically, if you do not have the money, you'll still live a shorter life than someone who has the financial capacity to properly care for themselves. And so, economic divide and longevity continue to remain on the forefront in this "developed" age. Cute.

  11. Entertaining, yes,’a lot and well instructed on health. But I don’t understand the overstatement of brilliant mind description of someone who is focused on a single topic subject. Like calling athletes heroes… what is the heroism?
