Descriptions:

The habit of reducing the present moment to a means to an end is something deeply engrained in our society. Are you ever present in what you’re doing… or are you just doing these things in a rush in order to get to the next thing? In your mind, this next moment might be a better one, but in reality, the moment never comes.

  1. Find the joy in your present moment, and your ‘so called future’ will improve! ?? (so called, because it’s really going to be your new present moment when it arrives)

p.s. keep going, the universe is with you and loves you unconditionally.

  2. Compared to that the idea that the next moment doesn't arrive. I feel that it arrives and becomes the present moment. Love your teachings & keeps your "The Power of NOW" as the mouse pad =)

  3. I had a very difficult painting job the other day. I had to paint until 2:30 in the morning to complete the job on time. Being in the moment was the best thing that could have happened to me. My attitude stayed positive and my energy levels didn’t dip. I could have let all the thoughts surrounding me bring me down into despair. It did not happen. It was fantastic.

  4. I cannot stand people giggling and laughing as this man is sharing advice on a subject that is life changing. All my years I could never put into words why I am always seeking and never embracing but this video really puts things into perspective.
