Haha. I figured out that meditation from experimentation earlier today, only I used the word 'declutter'. I felt so focused and more aware of my surroundings. My mind was clear and I felt even more content and happy. I'm now working on increasing the amount of time that I am in this state until it is consistent.
If you are always using your smartphones or pc every night before going to sleep. It's one of the causes why you have trouble having a good night sleep. All digital devices produce harmful blue light. This blue light causes eye strain and fatigue as well as suppressing melatonin which disturbs our sleep wake cycle. By using ocushield screen protector you can protect your eyes; it cuts eye strain and fatigue, as well as allowing the user to fall asleep more easily.

I couldn't find studies to back up the claim that 7 to 8 hours of week is the necessary amount for a complete rest. Could you please provide the sources?
Made a great big mess in life. Now not sleeping properly and made bad decisions. Need to calm down keep waking up and need to bring my adrenaline down.
sometimes i sleep during eight hours but since i went to the gym i did efforts to wake up at 4:30 or 5:00 am no matter at what time i sleep…. today i tried to sleep a little more early… but i woke up at 2:00 am

My sleeping is not too bad but I notice that when I sleep more I feel a lot better, and I will be getting more from now on. These suggestions are all extremely good. Thank you for sharing.

I haven't slept at all because I was working till 3 am and then just couldn't relax. I just want to relax and get some nap now. Edit: Thank you Brendon, I got a 3-hours sleep. I don't even know my own name.
