  1. Watching this late at night because I couldn't sleep, but now I feel like I can sleep. Thank you. This is only the second video of yours I've watched and you've already helped me so much.

  2. Haha. I figured out that meditation from experimentation earlier today, only I used the word 'declutter'. I felt so focused and more aware of my surroundings. My mind was clear and I felt even more content and happy. I'm now working on increasing the amount of time that I am in this state until it is consistent.

  3. If you are always using your smartphones or pc every night before going to sleep. It's one of the causes why you have trouble having a good night sleep. All digital devices produce harmful blue light. This blue light causes eye strain and fatigue as well as suppressing melatonin which disturbs our sleep wake cycle.   6. sometimes i sleep during eight hours but since i went to the gym i did efforts to wake up at 4:30 or 5:00 am no matter at what time i sleep…. today i tried to sleep a little more early… but i woke up at 2:00 am

  7. Brendon, this may be the first time I have watched your vids, but I want to tell you this is all excellent and really, really, so good. All the suggestions are right on. My sleeping is not too bad but I notice that when I sleep more I feel a lot better, and I will be getting more from now on. These suggestions are all extremely good. Thank you for sharing.

  8. It's 5 am and today I have an important day but I couldn't sleep. I know it's going to be a disaster and my scores are going to be low. I haven't slept at all because I was working till 3 am and then just couldn't relax. I just want to relax and get some nap now.
