Descriptions:

In this video, Eckhart taps into how the ego creates a false sense of identity and leaves us unable to forgive both ourselves and others through associating mistakes and wrongdoings to who they are, rather than seeing them as what they actually are: a manifestation of unconsciousness.

  1. What they did wrong isn’t who they are
What we did wrong isn’t who we are
    But we want to blame
That’s why we think wrongdoings have faces and names and memories
    -resentment

  2. Eckhart, thank you so much for saving me. This video has given me the key I have been searching for in order heal from the death of my son on 2.2.2022 and many other things that have happened. I am free to live in the present now as feelings of guilt and shame were the only things that would pull me back into past emotions and thoughts and leave me feeling broken over and over again. I would be ok, then be pulled back with guilty thoughts. It was becoming so confusing and draining for me going around in circles of being ok, then feeling broken. I was actually about to give up, then I saw this video.
I love you Eckhart ♥️ thank you, thank you, thank you. I am free, I am free, I am free.

  3. What is, if you are "concious" or on "a spiritual" path and did wrong despite your state of mind, but now suffering the repercussions?

  4. Jesus said: "forgive them because they do not know what they do", he only needed to add, "because they are unconscious". An unconscious person does not know what he is doing. A madman doesn't know what he's doing. A madman doesn't know what he's doing. That's why crazy people don't put them in jail, the law recognizes them unconscious.

  5. I am going to view this and forgive myself however there was never any intentional hurt that I did. A matter of circumstances and past history in the family. I do believe I do need this though. There is a saying….”if I could have, I would have. The fact that I didn’t….what difference does should have mean now?” I didn’t do something at the time with the facts and circumstances the way they were then.

  6. I’ve paid for my mistake. As a consequence I lost someone I love and I’ve cried almost everyday for 20 months. It’s time to stand up and dry my tears.
