Free Yourself This Year with FORGIVENESS

The act of FORGIVENESS and releasing someone to their greatest good creates true freedom in our lives. The freedom to start fresh, to free up space in our thoughts and units of physical energy to put towards what really matters most to us in life. There is freedom in accepting total responsibility and believing with conviction that life isn’t happening TO you, it’s happening FOR you. Nelson Mandela said: “Resentment is like drinking poison and then hoping it will kill your enemies.” Imagine a life free of resentment.

What could you choose to let go of this year? Who or What could you forgive and release today? Leave your response in the comments below.

  1. I’ve let it go and I no longer feel constricted… thank you for this spiritual medicine Mr. Robbins – when you said “it’s a gift you give yourself” I realized wow, I deserve that and then at that moment I wrote down: “I forgive me for holding on to what’s damaging of my spirit/heart” – thank you for this video… I’m just that much closer to sharing my gifts with the world

  2. OUR TRUE RICHES

If Jesus Christ was crucified for us, are we better than him to live a luxurious life? If Jesus didn’t own a home, are we better than him to possess mansions and luxuries of this world? Are we entitled to desire the riches of this world when Christ said, “Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth
and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal” Matthew 6:19-20

    This is what Jesus said:

    I. “Remember what I told you: 'A servant is not greater than his master.' If they persecuted me, they will persecute you also. If they obeyed my teaching, they will obey yours also.”- John 15:20

If Christs’ mission was to save people form death and bring Truth to this world. Are we suppose to work for and acquire the riches of this world? This is what Christ said:

“Do not work for food that spoils, but for food that endures to eternal life, which the Son of Man will give you. For on him God the Father has placed his seal of approval.”
    John 6:27

If Jesus was hated because he exposed people’s sins, are we supposed to love this world and the things that this world offers? Or are we suppose to focus on our eternal life? This is what Christ said:

II. “Then Jesus told his disciples, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me. For whoever would save his life[a] will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it. For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul? Or what shall a man give in return for his soul?” Matthew 16:24-26

“Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves.” Mathew 7:15

  3. Letting go does not necessarily mean that you've moved on to a better place. For example if a family member is a waste of time trying to have a relationship with even though you'd like to have a relationship with them, then moving on with acceptance of the situation doesn't solve anything. You know at some level you're better off without them while simultaneously knowing your life would be better if they was with you in a positive way.

  4. It's very easy to say let it go and forgive whatever it is that's bother you, but people need tools to do this, it's not just a matter of saying it.

  5. The advice is easier said than done. I know Tony and wealthy people paid anywhere from $15,000-80,000 in one week to Biocybernaut Institute help forgive someone who hurt them.
