  1. Always when I watch one of your videos my stress disapears. How come I feelt stressed when someone for the first time told me that im playing my instrument beautifull 😀 I am so happy now! It feelt right in the heart. I instatly realize why I started playing.

  3. This is helpful thank you. I am never stressed by my own needs but in my life I have created situations where family and others depend on me to achieve. I can't let others down and that makes life as an honest man really tough at times.

  4. I watched this video when it came out 6 years ago and every time I watch this video I feel like I learn something new. My perspective and mind have changed. I used to think that peace could not be achieved. It made me stressed out. I have learned how to be relaxed and peaceful with myself. I was struggling to learn and achieve progress when I was stressed and I thought that I could just deny it. I thought that I was okay but in reality I wasn't. That peace I have built within me has made things easier to do. I can go for a walk or go out running without having to achieve anything knowing that I am doing it for my own health.

  5. These 6 years have been the longest of my life. I remember crying and watching this video when it came out and it took me 4 and a half years to feel happy again. I have found my passion in life. I have learnt that validation for self improvement is important. I have realized what good friends mean and what love is. I have realized that we have alot more time than we think. I have realized that nothing matters more than now. I Appreciate everything I have, I tell my friends how much they matter. I am more confident then ever before. I am the happiest I have ever been and I don't want to loose it again. I am afraid to loose it again.
