  1. This is about people who frustrate you because they had a bad incident so are Ina bad space but how about people who are that way in general because of entitled or narcissistic attitudes..

  2. This is advise that’s slightly off centre, never ever let someone abuse you,or allow them too much room for them to go on destroying you. The best way to help them is walk away and say this isn’t right. Plus you can often tell someone the truth but are they ready to here it. These are the profound questions that this guy is overlooking. It’s not for you to fix people it’s for people to realise all by them selves opps! I need to fix myself.

  3. I can be calm, cool and collected and toxicity comes my way depending on their aura is how I react as a self defense to protect my own energy. I cleanse because I get drained easily yet proud of my accomplishment of standing up for myself! Proud and dignified not arrogance as IAM kind overall.

  4. I had this lovely conversation with an Uber driver the other day – it was beautiful ?. Even that day I was feeling a little down , slightly frustrated, and especially in the midst of the COVID flow, it was soooo refreshing, heart warming & calming to have a HUMAN conversation, with a random stranger, with such depth & compassion. I just want to continue to do this , as I did pretty much in my everyday with little moments / interactions —> KEEP SPREADING the LOVE. It takes a mere moment. And if it veers towards something yucky, dangerous, toxic, worrisome for your well-being, speak a word of kindness & leave it there. It’s those moments missed that make it harder during this time , but that little moment of about 20 mins made an impact , however minute, and a lovely memory in our life make up :). It’s tricky & gut wrenching right now but KINDNESS in the smallest of forms is MAGNIFICENT ??
