  1. Shift towards a culturally civilized consciousness

Dependence on audio or visual media requires several steps to achieve the hidden mental restriction over the long term, and this will not be achieved without causing a certain atrophy in the psyche of the recipient, which forms rigid pillars to divert the thought towards the desired goal .

    If we say differently

Controlling the consciousness of a particular society begins with changing the style of media, propaganda, cinema, theater, culture and writing, and changing behavior and routine will only be done through what I mentioned above.

So what is the firm choice to prevent the change of good behavior in your opinion?

Are there actions to be adopted to prevent the process of cultural and intellectual change for any society whatsoever?

Collective consciousness will not have sustainable immunity

Without finding a solid material ground to stand on it firmly

    Immunization begins:

1- Spreading the sober word through poetic, novel and literary books of high beauty.

2- Granting material and in-kind prizes to outstanding students in the fields of fiction, fiction and literary writing.

2- Establishment of counseling, advice and community awareness halls with the aim of warning against common and common mistakes, introducing the prestige of the law and respecting privacy.

3- Building gardens and filling them with toys for all ages, allocating a corner for the child and his needs and with paragraphs for animals, clowns and toys, while taking the reasons for precaution and prevention through distancing.

These are some of the fortifications that must be adhered to to enable societies to overcome negative change, preserve cultural, linguistic and historical heritage, and protect the child's mind from the infiltration of destructive media.

  2. Who the hell eat candy corn as a bad habit. Basically, this guy use fancy word to say change with the small thing first. Atomic Habit is way more practical on how to change or improve habit.

  3. Progressive Extremism sounds quite negative and hard and, and can suggest that Islam, mentioned before, does it as extremism, whereas they simply decide what they eat believing that is bad for them within their philosophy.
I’d call your process “progressive selection”.
Anyway, what people need is a philosophy not to be at the mercy of the market and other people influence, so stopping habits wouldn’t feel like extremism or sacrifice

  4. 4 things to quit for all people:

    1. Caring about what others think
    2. Not believing in yourself
    3. Not prioritizing your health
    4. Wasting your precious time

For those who are in the rush of changing their lives 🙂

Bonus: If you ever bite your nails, consider stopping nail-biting as it affects all areas of your life: from relationships -> career/business/income…And it affects it A LOT! (Trust me, I've been there, and done that. Now after 15 years I was able to stop for good!) Teaching how I did it on my Youtube channel.

  5. you will not burn 300 kcals on a treadmill in 30mins be lucky to burn off a candy bar. and second dont use treadmills get out in the fresh air and run or bike don't go into gym and run on a treadmill you are not a hamster

  6. I just saw this to find the logic behind it as my guru Swami Mukundananda says the same thing. But he has another logical ways, this one not always works

  7. I broke free of a bad habit that took long time to stop. Im not sure if its because i removed myself from those surroundings. Or if its because i leave immediately when done. Or if its because I use such surroundings when bad decisions are not present. Lately those bad decisions are popping up in this location more often. First i thought i could change time. But it seem more and more bad decisions entering the surroundings to temp me.

For the most part, I haven't gave in to the temptation. Im woundering since the surroundings is now infected. Should i relocate to a new location. I don't like moving from somewhere i like. I actually still like the location, i just find it more difficult to navigate through with these temptations that brings back a bad habit i use to have. I would rather it leave then me have to pack up and go because of it. Then again maybe im being weak, gotta be stronger and ignore those temptations.

  8. Horrible analogy/examples.
He doesn't sound or look like he trains. Sounds like he's stating things with poor research and no experience.

  9. Habits can be very beneficial or harmful to your life….i used to drink soda daily until it became a habit and i decided to completely drop it…..it's been 2 weeks since i've drunk soda and now it's a habit for me to just drink water and eat fruits…best decision ever.

  10. Watch yourself SMILE as you WALK PAST that ONE ITEM at the supermarket

I just understood here the concept of NOT making this job a 'GREAT PREARATION' or NEED to make some 'WORLD ANNOUNCEMENT' for the aporoval of people so they sympathise with you about the GREAT HARDSHIP and LONG JOURNEY AHEAD of you.

FORGET ALL THAT STRESSFULL 'counting of calories… or too generic terminology /target of ' I'm going to eat no more sugary stuff' or need to eat less, or nothing at all at certain/days times '

The IDEA of naming a product I pick up from the supermarket shelf, that from today I'll just walk by.

    1 product is ACE.

  11. "Progressive extremism" is just another fancy name for "identity change". I have been doing that in my smoking cessation workshops and it works. Sometimes it's all it takes, sometimes not. But it always helps. And there are wonderful techniques to do it, such as in NLP. A decision to change identity usually is not enough by itself to make it happen, unless you are in a special situation and state where you either change or die.

  12. it's important that when you give up what you perceive to be a "Bad" habit, it isn't replaced by another. Often the reason/excuse we might tell ourselves is well, at least it's not as bad as what I use to do ( but harm is harm) trading one habit for one you might deem lesser of two evils is still detrimental.right now I'm trying to shake off a Whole Laundry list of things, I don't feel Overwhelmed, but Challenged! You never really know what you can Accomplish until a valid attempt is made. It sounds simplistic, but sometimes we have to ignore that little voice in our head and go with the GUT. Repetition wears down Routine. Good Luck to everyone in their Attempt, for recognizing the problem/ issue is more than half the Solution! Peace.

  13. quyết định tôi sẽ không làm điều này trong suốt phần đời còn lại… thành danh tính luôn… chỉ đơn giản là tôi không ăn thứ đó
nghĩ mình đã hy sinh nên buông thả thứ khác
