  6. Fake it until you make it. Just means to me try something new, where you are going through the motions … until it becomes you. At the beginning of any new venture, job or role, you have to fake it until it becomes a part of you and then you are no longer faking it.Think of a rehearsal. You rehearse until it is automatic.

  8. Trading as a beginner was very difficult due to lack on trading experience, this resulted in losing my funds though I've been able to recover all that I lost, all thanks to Mr Dennis__forex09 at Instagram , i never knew good trader still existed till I come in touch with him…

The key for creating lasting habit change within myself has been focusing on setting a clear vision on why I want to change, imagining that change as if it is starting to happen already by activating all 5 of my senses. I then feel the emotional benefit of that habit change in the now instead of waiting for it to be the ultimate effect. Feel it first! Hope this strategy helps a few of you! Have a great day!

I found that letting go of goals and the outcomes and focusing on the daily habits (rather a system of habits) and the identity I am shaping because of those habits actually makes me a much happier person. It is an interplay between discipline to do the daily habit and surrender to the outcome which you do not have control over that leads to contentment (not to be confused with complacency).
