  1. Hi guys, just come to an end of a 10 year marriage with my Wife, 14 years together in total. Absolutely heart broken and that sinking feeling I've never felt before. Right down to my gut, it's still so raw so hoping next couple days I start to at least sleep. Been less than 48 hours. Very amicable break up with no children involved but think the spark has gone, we have a house togethor. Never thought of writing on something like this or ever having the need to, but reading some of the comments is also gut wrenching

  2. ???
Honestly It's nice to see friends supporting their friends on here. No one deserves to be cheated on, but everyone deserves a friend and sweet partner who cares about them… The i really appreciate the amazing energy you gave me when you let me into my partner phone without her knowing it really amazed me,, just like the information i have been waiting to get for so long. I was depressed but I’m happy I know the the truth now

  3. Let me share my opinion about this video from tedtalks youtube channel. The tittle is "how long does it take to get over a breakup?"

This video is talking about how long does it take to heal after breakup from a relationship, on this video she do a longitudinal research about how long does it take to get over a breakup, but that research is too expensive and hard to do, and She find another way by asking a therapist for help, and what therapist said is almost same with what dr tamir said.

In a study, Dr. Tamir suggested to divert to calm feelings such as remembering all the bad treatment and bad words of your ex can immediately overcome your love for your ex but it can also make you uncomfortable.

Focusing on bad things from your ex can reduce our love for you and diverting it can make you feel better

My opinion regarding this video is that it is not always possible to remember bad things and bad words from your ex being able to forget the breakup you have experienced, sometimes you can also make yourself and others uncomfortable, I think instead of having to remember bad things, it is better to be mature by accepting the situation that the relationship is what is there is over, and for how much time it takes I don't think it's too important but how can we sincerely live day after day in the future after a breakup better, become a new person and be more productive through activities that can help the process to rise from a breakup love, people come and go, but memories will stay forever and let the moveon flow like a water when it wants to stop, it will stop.

  8. True. Distraction does not work on the long term. I'm experiencing now a boomerang from a 3 years ago break up, on a guy I did like a 'fixation' on (I had other relationships then but when it was over, always thought back of him…) and I am going through hypnotherapy at the moment to understand how my childhood wound of rejection and no self esteem got super filled with that guy's words at some point, and then of course, after getting dumped, got worse than before. What was also hard is that he used to come back and as I did not have self-respect either, makes sense – I always went back to him, at some point.
Long story short I am learning now how to heal myself from an absent father, esteem myself and respect myself. Such a blessing, after all.

  9. Thanks to all thanks recommend doctor jona the spell caster he's really a spell caster just meant him few days ago and now am now with my ex who has left long time ago thank you face book where you can find him

  10. I went through a lot of financial crisis during my divorce, I had to raise my two kids alone, Currently I'm living smart and frugal with my money. Bought my second house already. Saving and investing lifestyle made it possible for me; even till now I earn monthly through passive income. I'm planning on retiring when my kids finish college..
