Playing devil's advocate here for those who haven't experienced PTSD. Not every human reacts the same way. He new she had that type of humor ! Come on! A lot of comedians are offensive & that's why many fans like them. Some of us have a sick sense of humor! I really don't think that Chelsea believes or even feels every single offensive spew out of her mouth. Comedians are not always nice, so if you expect nice, you will be in for big disappointment, surprise, or both!! I've always loved her, Carlos Mencia, Dave Chapel…. ect. Doesn't mean I love hatefulness or negativity. I'm quite the opposite in life, just like Chelsea & like comedian's. That's how they are top rated!
Not everyone can handle this type of humor. It doesn't mean that you are bad. It just means that you prefer a different type of entertainment. That's ok! No judgement here!
Chelsea obviously has gone through some very tough times, like many of us, but she uses that energy where it is profitable. Give her a break! She is hurting. I would rather have her back, and support her so that she can move on. So much negativity when one is down in the dumps does not help at all. Nobody is perfect! At least she's real about it. I commend her on that! She just needs time and compassion.
I had a brother that died of cancer when he was 8 1/2 yo. I was 6yo with 2 major kidney operations, in the hospital at the same time. My sister was the oldest and she was NEVER the same again. None of our family members were to this day. You can never assume how any one Human being will react or survive after a traumatic event in life. We can only hope for them to survive happiness, prosperity, & health. Hence…..War veteran PTSD!

However, we are humans at some point we have meltdown to a point we get so stressed and weaker but that doesn’t mean we loose the battle. We’re like a battery ? at some point need to be alone, recalibrate and we rise back. Chelsea is Chelsea but she can handle this and control that’s why she’s handler. She’s cool ?
