  1. The way I think definitely have effects on my life!
Just today, I tried to fight my thoughts so badly being under stress and anxiety.
It’s hard to quiet my mind. So, I’m committed to meditate daily, even if it has to be for just 10 minutes to have more control over my thoughts.

  2. I think that he's a bit of a phony, hasn't got a degree in neuroscience, for example, but I do agree with the idea that your thoughts affect your brain and that's exciting.

  3. And before we know it that will be all that's left of the whole book. What right does someone else have to take only the points They think are significant and leave out the rest of someone else's book. None. Who are you to decide that for me? These people don't write that much for no reason and I would be FURIOUS if somebody did that to my book.

  4. Dr. Joe Dispenza says quantum physics plays an important role in our lives,

but we're too crude to pick up subtle quantum signals, and an ancient meditation

technique can help improve this connection.

"The laws of quantum mechanics itself cannot be formulated …

without recourse to the concept of consciousness.''

    / Eugene Wigner /

    Book ''The Holographic Universe'':

''Contrary to what everyone knows it is so, it may not be the brain that

produce consciousness, but rather consciousness that creates

the appearance of the brain ''

    / page 160, by Michael Talbot /
