  1. Create a society in which parents are able to care for their children, and create a field in which teachers are able to care for themselves. Basically, pay everybody what they're worth and have access to resources

  2. Oof it hits different right before Covid-19… one of my friends got sent to the ER by her preschool student and had enough abuse to quit; schools have to change a lot to keep teachers!
