Eckhart Tolle is widely recognized as one of the most original and inspiring spiritual teachers of our time. He travels and teaches throughout the world.

Eckhart is not aligned with any particular religion or tradition, but excludes none. His profound yet simple and practical teachings have helped thousands of people find inner peace, healing and greater fulfillment in their lives. At the core of his teachings lies the transformation of individual and collective human consciousness – a global spiritual awakening.

Eckhart Tolle is the author of The Power of Now, a #1 New York Times Bestseller, which has been translated into 32 languages and become one of the most influential spiritual books of our time.

In his most recent book, A New Earth, he shows how transcending our ego-based state of consciousness is not only essential to personal happiness, but also the key to ending conflict and suffering throughout the world.

  1. Anyone knows where i could find such beautiful bamboo flute music which comes at the end of the video?
To Eckhart i don't need to say anything. He is just a wonderful beeing 🙂

  2. TheBearWoman  It's truth that the world is run by corporations, but still Eckhart is right that any action must come from inner peace. There were many revolutions and protests in the past, but in the end the hierarchy of power was still preserved  and rich people simply found another way to get richer. That's why I think another revolution wouldn't work either. We must slowly build up the good things by acting in a way which is opposite to the capitalistic greed, competiveness and vanity. And there are alternative economic systems which could support that, for example syndicalism. But if we imply demolished things as they are now, we would be left with no alternatives. So first we need to build fair and sustainable businesses based on cooperation of people [eg where all workers own the shares of the company] and that can definitely can be done with peace

  3. The planet is not a living behind but all the living blub connect together by bacterias and chemical communication forms a great living organism. And you seems to see the internet is the new form nevous sythem of the humans foetus.

  4. Being a vegan of 5 years from a voracious meat eater I have learnt something. I think it would be positive for humans to become more like this as time goes on provided that the vegan idea is proven valid on longer timescales. I and my father before me, in a way, we are expeimenting on ourselves potentially for the future betterment of mankind. With relatively primitive methods a vegan is capable of providing for themself by growing their own food. There are so many off shoots that are positive here. Living biological systems can return to equilibrium and diversity flourish. We would need much less land and have no need for the extremely inefficient livestock and grain production to feed them that now dominates our landscapes. People would be way healthier with heart disease, cholesterol and obesity dropping dramatically. Very expensive medical industries can largely cease and stop preying on us, as let's face it, the industry thrives on sickness, not wellbeing. We would have much less need to travel as our wellbeing and satisfaction will largely arise from our fulfilment in cultivating and working with the infinite dynamism of biological and mineral systems. Picture seven billion of us enriching the soil and effectively mining the richness of minerals beneath our feet by the plants which we promote to drink it up and using water resources for this rather than on livestock. We can sequester all the problem carbon. There would be no great need for jobs so people will be less stressed and have time available. Social and substance abuse problems would largely evaporate and our massively wasteful race could realise A lot more of its potential. I think in a lot of ways we are already on this path but it wouldn't hurt to speed up the process with "peace in our heart". Thank you Ekhart.

  5. I used to be climate change depressed. It was awful state of being. It does nothing but contribute to negativity. The planet is a living being. It can and will take care of itself. I am no longer a fear and panic person and I am freer. Contributing peace is the best way to help.
