  1. the reality is exercise is a generic term, what make us burn more calories is cardio, which includes, running, HIIT, etc, but stretching, and worouts don't make us burn a lot of calories.

Please remain true to truth like your beginning. Bring Dr. Panda, author of eat right, move more and sleep better. Whatever she is saying may be true , but why not to follow effortless way to be healthy?

Sorry, I am a practical example of loosing enough weight alongside feeling more energy, happiness, mental clarity and feeling of confidence not by exercise but just being in sync with my circadian clock. Get up at 4-30 am and sleep by 10 pm that also with empty stomach . Last meal before 7 pm. Occasionally fasting of 36 to 48 hours. Enough sunshine, breathing, water and knowledge of type of hunger . She is misleading please. Listen to dr Panda.

  5. If you are going to bring 10,000 articles and references its fair to have shared those with her BEFORE the interview. No one reads evey single study or book in their field.

    Still loved the interview. She knows her stuff. I actually followed biggest loser, lost 2 stones, beat infertility, had two children. Then i gained the weight back Because i chose not to be healthy, i didn't exercise or eat healthy coz i was too busy with kids and forgot my self. Now im so inspired to do what i did before and maintain my health as i finally realised when i look afyer myself im looking after my children. Its psychology with healthy eating and exercise that creates the whole healthy person. Thanks Jillian!

  6. It seems there is a mistake in the headline of the video "Fitness Star(t) Jillian Michaels…"

    They both are at the complete opposite when it comes to training and fat loss. Was surprised to see her in a Mindvalley Talk. The "2x15min workout a week" Vishen and the "Calories IN Calories OUT" hard work mentality of Jillian Michaels. Imagine Joe Biden visits FOX for a short chat.
    'but at least we agree at Nestle and CocaCola"
    Vishen is not able to challenge her and she didn't know any of his cited sources. If he really wanted to use this talk to promote his upcoming new Masterclass about smart fitness it was not fair and not the best idea
