This is the movie the food industry doesn’t want you to see. FED UP blows the lid off everything we thought we knew about food and weight loss, revealing a 30-year campaign by the food industry, aided by the U.S. government, to mislead and confuse the American public, resulting in one of the largest health epidemics in history. From Katie Couric, Laurie David (Oscar winning producer of AN INCONVENIENT TRUTH) and director Stephanie Soechtig, FED UP will change the way you eat forever.

Brendon Burchard is a high performance coach and the #1 New York Times bestselling author of THE CHARGE. Katie Couric is a legendary journalist and the executive producer of the FED UP documentary.

  1. The truth is that no food is actually bad for you, it's just having too much of it that is bad for you. You can eat anything you want as long as it is in moderation. If you want to have a Big Mac meal, then have one, just don't have it every day, only have it once a week or so.

  2. I've come to avoid 90% of the food sold at stores, just to remain healthy. Any junk food causes me to bloat, and retain fat. It's disgusting.

  3. Why can't people just accept responsibility sometimes. Not everything is someone else's fault. Some people are obese because it's their fault (not all obese people though, just saying). You can't always point the finger at someone else

  4. People aren't as active as before that is the problem.. all these kids are eating morethan what they can..

they ddon't eat to live… they live to eat..

  5. I have to say this. Americans should know that fast/junk food is not good for them. I support the fast/junk food and tobacco companies.

  6. People don't know till we share with them. Let post this video and start taking the time to read labels and say no to the food industry! We have become lured into buying ads instead of healthy food! Become nutrition detectives read labels. I am committed and passionate about this and would love to work on a more global global scale.

  7. Burchard: After someone watches the movie, what do they go and do? What do they feel like and motivated to go and change in their lives?
Couric: We hope they get mad.

Are you kidding? Anger and frustration has never solved anyone's problems. Fast food companies are not forcing you to buy their stuff. You should be able to figure that out on your own. Before you try to change the actions of other people, look to change your actions first.

  8. We've know for decades sugar, deep fried, greasy, low quality, processed foods, along with candy, junk fast food is just trash food. It's unhealthy. If you're an informed adult, who can read labels, and you're still eating this crap, it's your own fault you're fat. Exercise some self control and make better choices.  Children have don't have that option this matter when their parents funnel cheese burgers and fries down their throats.    The same mothers complaining about the smokers in public places won't think twice about getting little Buford and Polly Happy Meals at the drive thru window to shut their screaming mouths up.  No wonder they are over weight. The parents set the foundation for life long bad habits that will take months even years to undo.

  9. I'm with Jennifer Salhi and what else do NOT want us to know.

Again though children do spend a lot of time with Ex Box when they could be out there doing yard or have a part time job.

You get the high for a while and you also get Acid to the system.
