  2. I'll carry a small rock or button/trinket in my pocket, and every time I touch it, I have to think of something I am grateful for at the time. It definitely helps to better your mood. Which helps to uplift your mindset. & your health too.

  4. i can confirm that: at the beginning of december, i pulled five trucks out of the snow with my jeep. it was not to be expected that it would work. after that my heart felt like a turbine. I think back to that regularly.

I have been practicing gratitude since last 2 years and it has had a phenomenal impact on my life and my perspective…. not saying it will magically heal you or that it will bring you wealth, however it will invoke a series of mental changes which will help yoh make better decisions in life… financial and personal

All of this time wasted for something less reasonable no offense, I'd rather spend that much much on digital currency analysis.some persons assume and fail, while few assume and achieve, making the right decisions is not influenced by your thoughts,…. positivity does.. be positive enough to be successful with opportunities at all times…

Language is important, so if this doesn't resonate, more power to you, but to me "to appreciate" has an all-loving feeling and tunes in more toward the vibration of life itself rather than using "gratitude". Almost as if appreciating things holds a higher synchronicity to the momentum of life; whereas gratitude is usually looking back. We usually feel grateful for something; as a struggle to overcome, and grateful you are no longer in the struggle; but messing around with the struggle a little bit by saying it; whereas to appreciate is being tuned into the vibration of life itself and following that momentum of realizing we are already fulfilled and we are in no lack for gratitude to ever replace something which had it not been there, it would all be the same; I appreciate the opportunity… I appreciate the ability to type here… I appreciate all that I have and could ever want… for I appreciate all there is.

    Now try: I am grateful to live in a country that affords me the opportunity to do so. Feels like if I weren't in this country I had missed out, or am unlucky, or I would be less deserving of it; it speaks more to the negative space of what is not mentioned than what is… but hey, that's just my thinking ! 😀
