  1. This is similar to the teachings of Jesus. Be present. Do not worry about the future because the day has enough challenges in itself. Same for the past, believe in Jesus and your sins are forgiven. It’s all about being present

  2. This very practice of being aware of the anger instead of owning the anger as a part of me, was exactly what helped me to let it go. I would notice the thoughts that brought on the anger and redirect my thoughts in a direction of positive truth instead. I’ve been struggling with this all week. Now I’m free. ?

  3. I was taught to try and transform anger into positive action. For instance, instead of being angry with someone, do something about it, open your heart and talk to them. The idea is to be proactive instead of suffering.
