  1. Stunningly good, Eckhart. Thank you so much. Could you do this kind of guided meditation, with the frequencies and ocean waves for an hour long one?! ?✨

  2. It's a miracle, something that suddenly happens. It's a beauty, it's a space full of stillness, joy, Presence thinks, ego dissappears, instincts dissappear, everything happens easily, there's no fear, no worries, and miracles happen. It's a new dimension of existance, it's a new step on evolution. Ego cracks and Presence appears. Don't look for it, get in your knees and be humble, ask for help from bottom of your being, feel your body, get quiet, do not think, feel inside you. Wayne Dyer asked his audience to point themselves. Point yourself. Where are you pointing at? There's the center of your being, your heart, your soul, whatever you want to call it, there's your real You, not in your head.

  3. Be aware that you are aware, be conscious that you are conscious.
Wayne Dyer used to put this test to his audience:  "Point yourself. Where did you point at, to your head?   No, you pointed your chest where Conciousness,  spirit, soul, heart, essence, center of our Being,  as you want to call it, is".
We humans are evolving.  First Instincts; then Mind and Ego;  next  Conciousness.  Eckhart heard the  voice of Universal Conciousness coming from his chest  the night he had his Awakening.
When Conscience awakens, the person is filled with qualities of wisdom, intelligence, joy, independence, leadership that he did not have before. The person can be a gray mediocre person with an intelligence within normal without highlighting and the moment his consciousness awakens the person becomes another person full of qualities because what is in front at that moment is the wise eternal loving Consciousness, PRESENCE.

  4. Thank you this really helped me to release my emotions. I’ve been feeling boredom for the last few days and only just realised that beneath that boredom was emotional pain from a situation that I needed to sit with and become aware off. Thank you ?

  5. I'll do my best to be brief: a huge thank you & my sincerest gratitude to those of you who took – and take – the time to write comments. I was stuck & frustrated, unable to find a YouTube forum that resonated with my need to further develop my basic information regarding all things mindful. I decided on Eckhart Tolle in large part due to the overall tone – maybe a gut feeling?,- of the comments as well as the thoughtful & thought provoking insights expressed. So, thank you ?

  6. Puedes hacer cosas y estar quieto
Puedes traer quietud en la naturaleza
    O puedes mirar el cielo
    I puedes mirar una flor

  7. Now that I practice a lot, I have more and more of a sort of a very deep feeling, like a crushing faith, totally overwelming me.
I have cries of serenity, it's almost scary because it's totally game changing, it's like nothing happening in my life could lead me to that….
And it gets stronger and negative events seem not to brake it anymore.
    Anyone feeling it too?
    Bless you all ?

  8. May you find deep peace in your heart. May your cup runneth over.
May the awakening consciousness on this planet come to more humans.
Creating a more natural, sane & brighter society.

  9. n the flip side, like Be, I disagree with Tolle’s
sense that “inner work” alone will somehow solve the systemic misery
that plagues so many in this world. Having read a fair amount of his
writing, and listened to some of his talks, I find his general approach
to be far too individualistic in focus for my taste. Not only is social
and political action downplayed or dismissed outright, but you rarely
hear talk about communities, serving others, or anything else associated
with being together in groups. Just as is true of a lot of American
convert Buddhism,in Tolle’s writing you can’t help but notice how
heavily individual psychology and psychological theories color what’s
    being said.

Beyond all that, there’s the fierce, capitalist
machine behind Tolle’s work to contend with. Nearly everything this guy
touches these days is being turned into a product intended for “your
awakening,” and I don’t get the sense that he has any problem with that.
In fact, I think the packaging of Tolle as a non-threatening spiritual
guru has not only lead to wildly higher sales and spreading of his
message, but also wholesale rejection of his work by those like myself
actively resisting capitalism, colonialism, and the commodification of
    spiritual practice.
