  2. As for being practised in some bad situations : I often take my experience of being excessively bullied at school (high school) as a reminder of how well I'm doing today (I'm in my fifties). Just my 2 cents.

  3. Most Americans need this. However, they are more concerned with social media hype and running behind politicians and stupid celebs. Many top Asian nations also need it, because the many of the people ha r too many stipulations and make life too complex. Look at the Hikikamori and the “leftover women” of China and the crazy suicide rates.

  4. correct me if im wrong but this philosophy sounds like kicking yourself in the balls so that when it happens it doesn’t affect you as much. its a very intriguing point of view
