Eckhart Tolle is widely recognized as one of the most original and inspiring spiritual teachers of our time. He travels and teaches throughout the world.

Eckhart is not aligned with any particular religion or tradition, but excludes none. His profound yet simple and practical teachings have helped thousands of people find inner peace, healing and greater fulfillment in their lives. At the core of his teachings lies the transformation of individual and collective human consciousness – a global spiritual awakening.

Eckhart Tolle is the author of The Power of Now, a #1 New York Times Bestseller, which has been translated into 32 languages and become one of the most influential spiritual books of our time.

In his most recent book, A New Earth, he shows how transcending our ego-based state of consciousness is not only essential to personal happiness, but also the key to ending conflict and suffering throughout the world.

  1. This conversation took me back to Susan's conversation with Julia Roberts in Stepmom. I found it exceedingly emotional but gripping too. This is how I remember her.

  2. As a member of Eckhart Tolle TV I saw the whole length "interview" and liked it. Nevertheless it's a pity that Gender topics don't come up like the involvement of Susan Sarandon in former anti-men movies like Thelma & Louise. Maybe Eckhart could have brought some consciousness into all the underlying arrogant feminist-movement, that is not up to date anymore, as men have less rights than women today, espevially in the USA

  3. listening is a very valuable tool in Energy…wheither it be paying attention to your environment or listening to the numbers that come around a person. Must have the best awareness as possible in order to act properly

  4. There's nothing awkward about it. This is what's commonly known as "projection" on your part; your pettiness, jealousy and obsession with the superficial.

  5. How do you avoid being accused or thought of by others as simply being something that you're not because of your skill set as an actor? Or accused of "pretending" ? I've experienced this with friends that don't believe me in regards to me "discovering Gwen Stefani" or being a filmmaker, a skateboarder, and a bass player in a band. I'm told I pretend to be these things. If I think of them am I pretending as well?

  6. She talks about "listening" but she is doing all the talking as if she is afraid to stop and be faced with the stillness of the silent present moment. It's funny. I don't thinks she gets him…
