ABOUT CHARLIE MORLEY

Charlie Morley is a bestselling author and teacher of lucid dreaming and shadow integration. He’s been lucid dreaming for over 20 years and was authorized to teach within the Kagyu School of Tibetan Buddhism by Lama Yeshe Rinpoche in 2008.     A suggestion for you. I thought I was doing all the right things with coffee too. I didn't drink it after noon. My sleep just wasn't good, so i quit coffee altogether and started sleeping much better. some people can't process coffee very quickly in their system so any coffee will disrupt sleep.

Actually, I wish being too stressed to sleep would be my problem, that way I would at least use that time productively; my problem, instead, is the opposite: I shut down and get lethargic and sleepy under stress… can you guys have an episode explaining why this happens and how to counteract it instead?

    1 Sleep awareness ~ become your own sleep tracker Move from fear to fascination
    2 Rest & Relaxation ~ Good sleep begins during the day, Ramp up the parasympathetic drive ~ Practice 20 to 30 minutes meditation NSDR( non sleep deep rest) if you nap make sure is under 90 min and it ends 6 hours before you go to sleep.
    3 Nose breath 4 min w sight . Breathing much slow that usually.
    4 Transformation of nightmares to transform your perception of nightmares.
    A) a nightmare is a dream that shouts to get your attention
    B) Nightmare is a sign of a healing mind.
    C) Nightmares are an evolution tool
    5 Lucid Dreaming ~ drops the stress hormones issue . Study shows that people drop from PTSD just by learning about lucid dreaming. They realize they are dreaming and are able to heal trauma.

  9. I am an 90 year old lady, living alone, I have always had a hard time going to sleep, but now I stay awake all night. Right now I have had three night's wakefulness, I only wish someone could he me sleep all night long
