  1. Is it normal to tear up while practicing Qi? I have been binge watching news all morning and have done every exercise and I feel amazing energetics. I will incorporate all of these exercise every day in my daily routine

  4. My teacher taught me this but he wasn't explaining it in a western way. It's correct. This is real. Singers use it to sing and I didn't quite understand why I wasn't getting it tell now. Vibrato is in the breath. I can even take in emotion and express it through singing. This changed my life. It's so hard to teach yang energy to people thought cause us guys are left brain dominant. This is why you need coaches to show you this. It will be hard for the student to grasp this the beginning but once the realization is met. It's phenomenal what happens after.

  7. Hi I like to watch your videos and I started practicing qigong. It’s almost like yoga which I used to do from long time. Can you also do a video for tremors.

  8. I can't thank you enough for this. I suppose the universe drew me to your channel to watch this also. Whether it's mental or physical doesn't matter to me. All I know is that I feel better physically and mentally in just the first couple days. I do it before leaving for work, lunchtime, before dinner, and right before bedtime. Awesome!

  9. I find these video’s great when Chunyi Lin is talking and demonstrating but all of the other clips you put in them are often confusing/distracting. I get that are showing qi-gong practices but when people are shown in different poses and movements while he is speaking, it’s like you should be doing that pose as he is talking. Perhaps not so much with this video but certainly with others. It can be quite distracting.
