  1. 1. Set personal goals. (set yourself a vision to work towards, allocate skills and resources effectively, separate distractions from things that matter)

    2. Keep a to-do list. (prioritises tasks, place most important at the top of the list)

    3. Give yourself enough time. (Stop procrastinating, set action items and a schedule to follow, give yourself breaks.)

    4. Stop saying ‘yes’ to everything. (set boundaries with people, priorities)

    5. Focus on one thing at a time. (Eliminate distractions, give your attention to one thing to avoid mistakes)

  2. I used to read news during my work day. Any time I lost focus on a task or needed a break, I'd switch to a news feed. Needless to say, this sucked up my energy, added anxiety, and in the end brought disappointment in myself of a wasted work/personal time.
Now, without following any news whatsoever, my mind is so much clearer, brighter, and all the freed time I am investing in self-improvement, meditations, and learning new activity (aside my main job responsibilities).
Thank you, Brian Tracy, for your inspirations!

  3. There is really a different level focus i am getting into by just turning my smartphone off, which is helping me to gain my task done effectively with less delays then previously done. Try once, might it be helpful in your too….!

  5. Thank you for the video and very happy to see you looking well Brian. You have been an inspiration ever since I read No Discipline. Thank you!

Biggest distraction I have is to put away my phone during work hours.

  6. Material Life Pleasures are just like honey drop on top of a Sharp Blade .. Everyone Want to lick it despite they gonna cut their Tounge out of it . They got hurt still they Repeat the same action to again gonna hurt because of Fruitful desire ….. The Only way to free from it to Surrender Yourself in the Service of Lord Krishna .?
