“Most people want to be happy but their habit is to be worried or frustrated or stressed,” says motivational speaker Tony Robbins.
But changing that habit isn’t as hard as you might think.
“We all want to be able to change the way we feel. Emotion is created by motion. The way you move determines the way you feel. I have this deal with myself called ‘priming.’ It’s ten minutes, I put music on , I do this massive change in my breathing and then I do this 3-step process,” said Robbins.
1. 3-minutes of gratitude—Think about 3 things I’m really greatful for
2. 3-minute prayer for family and friends
3. 3-minute process of the top 3 things I want to accomplish
“My deal is 10 so there is no excuse not to do it,” said Robbins.

Tony is great.
This guy is a living legend! The real MVP!
ne important key to your success will be your ability to break down your goals into shorter-term and smaller single tasks. Keep things manageable.
I'll give you ONE: Bamboozle people into giving you their hard earned money, then proceed to feel better with their money!
This was a stark contrast to Bill Burrs conversation with this morning crew on Catholic Faith and the crimes
The teachings are ancient, but all teachings have been there for ever. Louise Hay taught gratitude and loving oneself, as many others taught before her. Ancient wisdom teaches gratitude, eg buddhism. The point is that Tony as an energy field presents and creates change. He is very inspiring, he is incredible motivational, he is rather genuine and very likable. However, he is a typical CA-environment product; money is what makes them tick, what and how much they can buy is what makes them tick. Gives them a sense of being. Really, that is not true happiness. So, Tony, too, has something to learn; from people who have discovered how to be their true self and happy without a lot of money and the endless chasing game after more money (which Tony plays, too). I really appreciate Tony, it is not a question about that. He is inspirational and watching and listening to him is elevating.
What's the name they talk about at the end? John sesh?
