  1. I thought hot peppers and spices were supposed to keep you more healthy and keeping your heart and guts safe, but also clearing out your immume system.
    You said "no peppers" but then "dc" your food.
    So dicely chop my peppers?

  3. This is Lewis Howes second interview with Steven Gundry that I'm aware of. Lewis constantly gets over excited and cuts in, Steven never gets to get his point at times. Steven would try and give examples then Lewis again, opens his mouth. Steven never gets back to what he was going to expel on. Other than that, good info from Steven….Lewis, please let your guest that is trying to share knowledge, share it. TY.

  4. I'm sorry but this video would have been tremendously better without Lewis Howes being part of it. Doesn't know when to keep quite, and when he does talk (butts in) guessing out loud, he is wrong. I put away all my favorite foods that are tasty, and decided to feed my body only the things that are good for my microbiome. I don't feel I need to cheat by eating something I used to love to make myself feel good (Animal products, snacks etc). Steven says stay away from all grains whenever possible….Lewis has to throw in that it is ok to cheat on yourself sometimes on what's best for your health. Your the one living your life….we will all find out what we CHEATED by the quality (healthy) of life we live. People don't always need to be comforted about loosing tasty food, or giving up anything that goes against good health. It all comes down to how disciplined you are, and how steadfast you are to your approach. What do you ultimately want. Cheat here and there if you want…it way not kill you, but can shorted your life span to a degree.
