The Origin of the WHY

In this video

I share the story of the WHY with you as we are all on this journey together — to help build a world where the vast majority of people wake up inspired, feel safe at work, and return home at the end of the day feeling fulfilled.

This is the tip of the iceberg. We have more people to reach and more people to inspire. Together, we can change our world. Inspire on!

  1. Hi Mr. Simon,

Thanks for your idea of "starting with why" . It really help me a lot in my life. Ever since, I found my reason doing my job(my excompany). I have improved the standard in the project environment by setting standards. I also being more efficient solving issues during any discussion as I noticed many people deviate from the original motive as they doesn't remember why they started the discussion.

Now i have moved on to another company and I cant find my why there. Probably because I work remotely. Now my new WHY is "Getting paid, and have more time (not that busy) with family". I find it weird. Can this be my Why?? Getting paid seems to be the result. But it seems right coz I work for that money. I am confused now as I start go confused with my WHY.
