  1. "“A warrior takes responsibility for his acts, for the most trivial of acts. An average man acts out his thoughts, and never takes responsibility for what he does.”
    — Carlos Castaneda"

  2. I just got my heart smashed. I'm using that pain to better myself, because I will not let this break me. My depression may be acting up, but if I put my mind to it, I CAN better myself. I will.

  3. Lord please reverse the curse that the enemies has put on my life. I want the curse to be taken off my life forever and not to come back. I want the curse off my life and let me receive miracles only,
And god please do not let the enemy be clever
    because a enemy
    read my prayer
and re reversed the curse to the point were my life is reversed backwards to the point were i was help less and broke.
Please don't let these people win lord
Lord I dont mean to swear but these people are taking the piss now.
(How can somebody ask to have the opposite to happiness for someone)
Lord please stop my energy from been clever
Stop my enemies from thinking there smarter than me
in life name of Jesus amen ? ?

  4. “I’ve missed more than 9,000 shots in my career. I’ve lost almost 300 games. 26 times I’ve been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I’ve failed over and over and over again in my life and that is why I succeed.”

    – Michael Jordan

  5. This really stood out to me. I got this storm quote last week and haven’t really thought about it. But after getting a call from my mom saying “change your body” (basically) I started to do a normal workout and clicked on this video. But now I see that I need to accomplish this task. “I am a warrior “

  6. A topic of point that I tell my own subscribers. Anyone who is over 30 will tell you they have a hard time going to work and maintaining a fitness program. As a matter of fact this age is when things really start to slide. Why? Because as you age you have less energy. I am at the age where no matter if it is Monday at the beginning of the week or Friday I don't want to exercise after work. This is where the mindset has to kick in. An attitude of "no matter what" you go to the gym or on that run. If you feel that pull of resistance you get up. You make yourself do it if you had a hard day at work and are mentally squeezed. If you only got four hours of sleep. You turn every day into a challenge. You win when you come home from your workout. If you do this, you will build a discipline pattern that will carry over. You will start to think "I went last week when I had a night of four hours of sleep so I can do it this week. And it becomes pattern in your brain. That is a tip to stay consistent. Hope this helps someone out there—Charles. (by the way–I listen to this video every time I don't feel like doing it)
