  1. 8 hours minimum is the recommended sleep. getting up at 5 would mean going to sleep at 9pm, even 8:30 depending how long it takes to get to sleep. Bitch I eat my dinner at 8:30 lol

  3. the more fit you are the more sleep you need. muscles consume more energy during the day and it takes longer to recover during the night…and it's not really about how much food you eat…but what you eat 2-3 hours before going to sleep
