In 2010, I weighed 92 lbs, (normal weight 120), and I was in so much physical pain that it was difficult to walk without stumbling. The doctor said I was dying, but he didn't know why. I had a death one night…I think but when I awoke the next morning, I had instructions which I followed. It took a long time, but I came back to full health. I followed the instructions.

For me it’s a little difficult to not add any thoughts to a physical (centralized) chronic pain syndrome. But I do recognize that the more thinking I do about the pain (with CRPS too), the worst it gets. It’s a big circle of he** sometimes. I do keep trying, but dang Eckhart, it’s not easy.
