  1. I like the 30 minute study + 5 minute break.
    I tried it, but my problem is, once i take a break, it's hard for me to get back to studying. I just want to stay on the break afterwards, and not go back to studying. I don't know, this method hasn't been effective for me.
    Any suggestions?

  2. I have my o levels next year and i dont feel motivated to do anything because i feel sleepy all the time.. my dad always tells me that good sleep is necessary for day to day activities..
