I think I live a very healthy lifestyle, eating and sleeping very little according to what I've learned from Sandhguru, regular yoga, and feel great. But one thing I can't kick is coffee. I admit I am a slave to it.

He is wrong about the honey… the only way to lose weight is via ketosis. If you consume sugary foods or carbs you will gain weight. If you exercise you must burn off your glycogen levels (glucose storage 1800kcal) before you lose any weight. The weight you lose would be via muscles as your body needs glucose for energy. On ketogenic diets you burn fat so when you fast the body turns to your fat storage. Also not consuming carbs means you don't retain half as much fluid and you lose a stone of fluid retention.
Onion and garlic isn't going to harm your health. Ask any ayurvedic doctor, onion and garlic stimulate the sex chakras, so that's why celibate folks avoid it. It's not because it's unhealthy.

It's dangerous to give Honey to baby, never give it to children under 1 year of age!
